"Thanks for walking me," I say to my husband as we high-five at the end of a run.
No matter how well the workout ends, sometimes it's a little hard to get started. One of us might grumble about how nice it would be to stay home, but the other almost certainly nudges the one who would commit attrition out the door.
This made me think of how nice it must be to be a canine enlisted with a walking service. How much easier would it be for you to maintain your exercise routine if someone stopped by your house and took you for a walk?
Most of us, once we get going, enjoy our walks and runs. Getting on your feet and out the door are often the hardest parts of keeping fit. There's always one more chore to check off your list, one more chapter of that book you can't put down, one more project at work that can't wait. But what if someone rang your door bell and took you for a walk?
For that matter, what if someone called you each morning to wake you up and make sure you are on your way to the gym? What if someone called you at the end of the day to make sure you exchange your business suit for running shorts? What if someone walked you every day?
People Walker is here to make sure you fit exercise into your day.
